Nominating Committee Members
The Nominating Committee consists of at least six voting members—two ex-officio members (IFAC’s president and deputy president) and no less than four ordinary members of whom two may be IFAC Board members. Nominating Committee members have to be members of a member dody, and are appointed by the IFAC Council and the Public Interest Oversight Board on the recommendation of the IFAC Board. IFAC’s chief executive officer serves as secretary of the Nominating Committee and has speaking, but not voting, rights.
