Dr. Adrian Pulham, CPFA, is the education and membership director for the Chartered Institute of Public Finance and Accountancy (CIPFA), where he is responsible for developing the strategic direction of CIPFA’s education and membership services and liaising across UK government and with public services in Europe and globally.

Previously, Dr. Pulham was the director of education for the Chartered Institute of Internal Auditors – UK and Ireland (CIIA), where he was responsible for strategic leadership and management of examinations and professional development opportunities for members. Prior to his work with the CIIA, Dr. Pulham was the head of business and operations at the Royal College of Nursing Institute and established and led UNISON Open College.

In addition to working with the IAESB since 2009, Dr. Pulham also represents CIPFA on the Qualification and Market Access Committee of the Federation of European Accountants.
