Alan Johnson

Alan Johnson became a member of the Professional Accountants in Business (PAIB) Committee in 2011. He was nominated by the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).

Since 2005, Mr. Johnson has served as chief audit executive for the Unilever group. He previously held the positions of chief financial officer of Unilever's global Foods Division and senior vice president - finance & IT of the Ice Cream and Frozen Foods global business unit based in the Netherlands. Prior to that, he served as the senior vice president - strategy & finance of the company's European Home and Personal Care business unit based in Belgium.

Mr. Johnson has been a member of the ACCA's Market Oversight Committee since 2007. He was a member of Ernst & Young's European Risk Advisory Board and is a member of the UK Chartered Management Institute (CMI).
