Alice McCleary joined the International Ethics Standards Board for Accountants in January 2008. She was nominated by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia (ICAA) and CPA Australia.

Ms. McCleary is a professional company director. She is a Fellow of ICAA and a Life Member of the Taxation Institute of Australia. She was National President of the Taxation Institute of Australia in 2001-2002.
