Anne Owuor

Anne Owuor became a member of the International Public Sector Accounting Standards Board in January 2008. She was nominated by the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya (ICPAK).

Ms. Owuor is a manager of Debt Control and Management at Kenya Power & Lighting Company. She is a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors, where she is a committee member of the Global International Committee on Quality. Ms. Owuor is also a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya, where she most recently held the position of Council Member of the ICPAK Education Committee.

Ms. Owuor holds a Master's degree in science in audit management and consultancy from the University of Central England Birmingham in the United Kingdom. She also holds a Master's degree in Business Administration. She has authored a number of articles on the accountancy profession.
