Cemal Ibis

Cemal Ibis became a member of the IFAC Small and Medium Practices (SMP) Committee in January 2012. He was nominated by the Union of Chambers of Certified Public Accountants of Turkey (TURMOB) and the Expert Accountants’ Association of Turkey (EAAT). He previously served as a technical advisor to the committee (2009-2011). 

Dr. Ibis is the president of EAAT and a member of and technical advisor for international affairs for TURMOB. He is also a council member of Fédération des Experts Comptables Méditerranéens (FCM).

Dr. Ibis is a professor of accounting at Marmara University (Turkey).
