Cemal Ibis

Cemal Ibis became a member of the Small and Medium Practices Committee in January 2012. He had previously served as a technical advisor to the committee since 2009. He was nominated by the Union of Chambers of Certified Public Accountants of Turkey (TURMOB) and the Expert Accountants’ Association of Turkey (EAAT).

Dr. Ibis is the president of EAAT and a member of and technical advisor for internatinoal affiars for TURMOB.

Dr. Ibis is also a a council member of Fédération des Experts Comptables Méditerranéens (FCM).

He has also been a professor of accounting at Marmara University (Turkey).
