Christina Foo became a member of the IFAC Small and Medium Practices (SMP) Committee in 2011. She was nominated by the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA).

Ms. Foo co-founded Priority One, a strategic business building consulting firm, where she is currently the managing director. She has over 26 years of business advisory and consultancy experience, 16 years of which were spent with Ernst & Young.

Ms. Foo is the director of the Board of CPA Australia and a past president of its Malaysian Division. She has also served as vice president of the MIA and chair of its Public Practice Committee and Ethics Standards Board and director of the Board of the Confederation of Pacific and Asian Accountants.

Her other directorships include serving as a member on the Boards of the Malaysian Technology Development Corporation and Sunway University Business School.

Ms. Foo’s other businesses and passions include one that champions financial literacy for children and youth and one that provides a platform for research, preservation, and promotion of tradition martial arts.
