Clark Anstis is a senior project manager with the Australian Accounting Standards Board (AASB) having worked in accounting standard-setting roles since 1987, primarily in Australia as well as the US and UK. His principal responsibilities at the AASB now concern public sector accounting.

Mr. Anstis has had broad involvement with many financial reporting issues over the years, including managing the work of the former Urgent Issues Group of the AASB from 2000 to 2006. Prior to becoming a standard setter, he worked principally for a predecessor firm of Ernst & Young, in auditing, technical, and education roles. He also has experience working in Singapore and Indonesia.
