Mr. Maxwell has 33 years of experience in the profession, working and living in the United Kingdom, United States, and Belgium. He is a member of the National Leadership Board of Grant Thornton UK LLP and has a career of auditing international mid-cap groups and providing related services such as listing work and transaction support.

Mr. Maxwell previously served as chair of the European Grouping of International Accounting Networks and has been involved in the Audit Quality Forum in the United Kingdom.
