Devika Mohotti became a member of the Professional Accountancy Organization (PAO) Development Committee in January 2012. She was nominated by the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA).

Ms. Mohotti is the business operations leader for the Application Management Service for Growth Markets Unit at IBM, providing leadership and guidance to the Growth Market Teams to achieve business and financial objectives in more than 140 countries. She has over 25 years of experience in business and finance in the IT industry, including 10 years in international roles with IBM.

Ms. Mohotti is an associate member of the CIMA (UK) and was the president of the New South Wales branch in Australia. Ms. Mohotti is also an associate of CPA Australia and holds an MBA from University of Technology, Sydney, and a graduate diploma in finance from New South Wales Institute of Technology.
