Florin Toma

Florin Toma became a member of the Small and Medium Practices Committee in January 2009. He was previously a technical advisor to IFAC's Professional Accountants in Business Committee. He was nominated by Corpul Expertilor si Contabililor Autorizati din Romania (CECCAR).

Mr. Toma is Executive Partner of JPA Romania, with over fifteen years experience in the restructuring of major Romanian companies. He is a member of the Association of Expert Appraisers of Romania, L'Institut des Professionnels Associés à l'Ordre des Experts-Comptables and the International Fiscal Association. He has also served as the CECCAR representative in the audit and small- and medium-sized enterprises/small- and medium-sized practices working parties of the Fédération des Experts Comptables Européens (FEE).
