Florin Toma

Florin Toma became a member of the IFAC Small and Medium Practices (SMP) Committee in January 2009. He was nominated by Corpul Expertilor si Contabililor Autorizati din Romania (CECCAR). He was previously a technical advisor for IFAC's Professional Accountants in Business Committee. 

Mr. Toma is a member of the CECCAR Superior Council and chair of the CECCAR SMP Commission. 

Mr. Toma is executive partner of JPA Romania, with over eighteen years experience assisting domestic and foreign small- and medium-sized entities (SMEs) in Romania, as well as participating in the restructuring of major Romanian companies. He is a member of the Association of Expert Appraisers of Romania, L'Institut des Professionnels Associés à l'Ordre des Experts-Comptables, and the International Fiscal Association. He has also served as the CECCAR representative in the audit and SME/SMP working parties of the Fédération des Experts Comptables Européens (FEE).
