Jacques Vandernoot is a CPA with the Instituut van de Bedrijfsrevisoren - Institut des Réviseurs d'Entreprises in Belgium. He has been a member of the Belgian Auditing Standards Committee since 1987 and currently helps the small- and medium-sized practices in International Standards on Auditing (ISA) implementation.

Mr. Vandernoot was an audit partner at Ernst & Young until 2011, where he worked on the audit in several sectors, including insurance companies and local and international corporations.

Mr. Vandernoot has a Master in Commercial Law from Institut Catholique des Hautes Etudes CommercialesBrussels.
