Juan Carlos Cincotta

Juan Carlos Cincotta became a member of the Nominating Committee in November 2010. Mr. Cincotta has also served as a member of IFAC’s Professional Accountancy Organization Development Committee since 2005.

Currently, Mr. Cincotta is head of Cincotta Asesores. He is a former Partner of Ernst & Young, Grant Thornton, and Bertora and Associates. Mr. Cincotta is a member of the Professional Council of Economic Sciences of the City of Buenos Aires. He is also Vice President of the Professional Performance of the Public Accountant Commission, part of the Professional Council of Economic Sciences of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires.

Mr. Cincotta is a former member of the Special Commission of Audit and Accounting Principles (CENCyA) of the Argentine Federation of Professional Councils of Economic Sciences. He served as Chair of International Accounting at the School of Economic and Entrepreneur Sciences at Palermo University, Buenos Aires.

Mr. Cincotta holds a degree in accounting.
