Ms. Spargo is a public member. She has over 15 years of experience in non-executive directorship roles, mainly in the finance, infrastructure and professional services sectors. Ms. Spargo currently holds non‐executive directorships with listed companies UGL Ltd and Sonic Healthcare, as well as Australian Unity, Pacific Hydro Pty Ltd, Investec Bank (Australia) Ltd, and CoInvest Ltd, among others.
