Marcelo Canetti

Marcelo Canetti became a member of the International Accounting Education Standards Board in 2008. He was nominated by the Transnational Auditors Committee.

Mr. Canetti is currently an audit partner with BDO Becher y Asociados (BDO member firm in Argentina). Mr. Canetti has been a member of the Institute of Accounting Research at the University of Buenos Aires since 1993. The institute oversees audit and accounting research projects which provide a theoretical framework to standard setters.
