Margaret Parker

Margaret Parker became a member of the Nominating Committee in November 2010.

Ms. Parker is a former Partner, now Senior Associate of Hayes Knight (Melbourne) Pty Ltd. She is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and a Fellow CPA. She served as a board member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia from 2006 to 2008. In addition, Ms. Parker served on the Victorian State Council from 1997 to 2007 and as its Chair during 2003. Ms. Parker also has vast experience on various committees within the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia.

Ms. Parker is member of the Professional Conduct Tribunal for the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia. She is also a Director of Chunky Move, a leading contemporary dance company in Australia and The Jean Hailes Foundation for Women’s Health.
