Mr. Waldron is a director in the Financial Reporting Policy Group at the CFA Institute, where he represents membership interests regarding financial reporting and disclosure proposals issued by the US Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB), the International Accounting Standards Board, and other regulators and standards setters. He drafts position papers and comment letters and works closely on the initiatives undertaken by the CFA Institute’s Corporate Disclosure Policy Council.

Mr. Waldron is a Certified Public Accountant and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
