Phoebe Yu

Phoebe Yu became a member of the IFAC Compliance Advisory Panel in January 2012. She was nominated by the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). She is also a member of the Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Ms. Yu has accumulated rich practical experiences and professional insights over the years through working for a wide range of companies, including Deloitte, as audit manager; IBM Technical Product (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd., as a business control manager; Hubei Tianhua Shareholding Co., Ltd., as chief financial officer and Board director; DeCoro Limited, as chief financial officer; and Shenzhen Minrun Agriculture Product Distribution Chain Store Co., also as chief financial officer. Ms. Yu is currently the finance director Shenzhen Agricultural Products Co., LTD, providing strong leadership and strategic guidance to the state-owned company.

Ms. Yu is also the chair of ACCA South China Steering Team and a regular speaker for ACCA’s events and conferences.

Ms. Yu graduated from Huazhong University of Science and Technology. She obtained her master's degree in accountancy from the Chinese University of Hong Kong.
