Ron Salole

Ron Salole became a member of the International Public Sector Accounting Standards Board (IPSASB) in January 2009 and deputy chair in January 2013. He was nominated by the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants (CICA). He previously served as technical advisor to the IFAC Board. 

Mr. Salole has been vice president for standards at CICA since 2004. He serves on a number of Canadian boards and councils, including the Accounting Standards Board, the Public Sector Accounting Board, the Auditing and Assurance Standards Board, and their oversight councils. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
