Tony Bromell is the head of Integrity and Markets at the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW), where he is responsible for the ICAEW’s Code of Ethics that applies to members in practice and business and thought leadership initiatives on integrity and the public interest. 

Mr. Bromell is a member of the Fédération des Experts Comptables Européens Ethics Working Party and the UK and Irish Consultative Committee of Accountancy Bodies Ethics Group.

Mr. Bromell is a graduate in industrial economics from the University of Nottingham (UK) and a chartered accountant.
