Ms. O’Leary has been with Ernst & Young for over 22 years, serving initially as an auditor in the US for many years before transitioning into the Global Professional Practice group where she has served in a number of different roles in Hong Kong, Australia, and the UK. While in Hong Kong and Australia, she worked with audit clients engaged in cross-border securities transactions providing her with extensive exposure to securities offerings in many different jurisdictions (with emphasis in the US).

Ms. O’Leary’s more recent experience in the UK includes developing technical publications related to International Financial Reporting Standards and developing and communicating global policies for Ernst & Young’s assurance and advisory practices, including policies related to securities transactions in the US and securities transactions that are subject to the requirements of the European Prospectus Directive Regulation.
