Wui San Kwok

Wui San Kwok became a member of the International Ethics Standards Board for Accountants in January 2010. He was nominated by the Transnational Auditors Committee.

Mr. Kwok is a Partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers China, Singapore, and Hong Kong and is the Partner in charge of independence matters for PwC Singapore. Mr. Kwok has prior multinational experience in Singapore and the U.K.

He has professional memberships at the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore and the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland.

Mr. Kwok contributed to the drafting of Singapore's current Code of Professional Conduct and Ethics for Public Accountants.
