The International Center for Small and Medium Practices (SMPs), hosted by IFAC's Small and Medium Practices Committee, provides resources and facilitates the exchange of knowledge and best practices among SMPs and other accountants who serve small and medium entities (SMEs).
IFACnet
IFACnet, the KnowledgeNet for Professional Accountants, is the multilingual, global Internet search engine developed by IFAC and its members to serve professional accountants in business, those employed in small and medium practices, and other professional accountants worldwide and SMPs.

Global Financial Crisis
This new section on the IFAC website features links to resources to assist SMPs and SMEs in addressing issues related to the financial crisis.
The following websites provide information that would be of interest to many visitors to this site.
Small practitioners and others are invited to share their views on topics relevant to SMPs and SMEs.
Recent developments on issues affecting SMPs and SMEs are highlighted in speeches by IFAC's leadership and other individuals.
Visit the SMP section of the IFAC bookstore for a complete list of IFAC publications, all of which can be downloaded free-of-charge. These publications address such topics as micro-entity financial reporting and IT management.
Conferences
The SMP Committee organizes annual conferences on key issues faced by SMPs and SMEs.
