Thokozani Nkosi

Thokozani (TK) Nkosi is a Project Director at the Financial Reporting Council (FRC) in the UK. Mr. Nkosi is responsible for audit quality initiatives, which include developing audit and assurance standards and guidance in the UK.

Mr. Nkosi is the Technical Advisor for IAASB Vice-Chair Josephine Jackson. In addition to his responsibilities at the FRC, Mr. Nkosi joined the IAASB as a Staff Fellow in October 2022.

Prior to joining the FRC, Mr. Nkosi worked in the PricewaterhouseCoopers audit and assurance group in South Africa, the United States and the United Kingdom until 2019, when he joined Deloitte in the United Kingdom.
