Alden Leung

Alden Leung was appointed as a member of the International Ethics Standards Board for Accountants in 2018. He was nominated by The Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (HKICPA).  Mr. Leung is a partner at Ernst & Young. He is the Risk Management Leader for Greater China. His responsibilities include overseeing the organization's ethical matters. Previously, Mr. Leung was the Professional Practice Director of Ernst & Young in Greater China. Mr. Leung has more than 30 years of experience in professional accounting in both Greater China and the United Kingdom. Between 2014 and 2015, Mr. Leung served as the Technical Advisor for a member of IESBA. Mr. Leung was the Chairman of HKICPA's Ethics Committee from July 2012 to December 2015. Mr. Leung graduated from Manchester University in the UK, and is a practicing Certified Public Accountant in both China and Hong Kong. He is also a Chartered Accountant (ICAEW).
