Andrew Steele is the Market Director – Partnerships and Recognition at the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and has responsibility for leading ACCA’s consulting and capacity building initiatives and the development of strategic partnerships in markets. Mr. Steele is also a Technical Advisor to Keto Kayemba on the IFAC PAO Development Committee (since 2014).

Mr. Steele also coordinates ACCA’s relationship with organizations including the World Bank, the Department for International Development and UNCTAD. Having worked at ACCA since January 2003, he has experience working across ACCA’s global network of offices and emerging markets in a range of roles including Head of International Development and Director – Market Operations.

He holds a BA (Hons) in History and a MA in War Studies from King’s College London.
