Ms. Loveridge has over 30 years of audit and advisory experience as a Senior Partner in the Financial Services Assurance practice of PwC where She was Deputy Chair of the Board of Partners and Chair of the Partner Admissions Committee for the Australian firm from 2012-2015.
Ms. Loveridge has worked across a range of clients in the banking, property, private equity, and wealth management sectors. She was Audit Signing Partner for the 13th largest global bank by market capitalization and was the Lead Partner for PwC’s advisory and consulting relationship with the world’s 20th largest bank by market capitalization. Ms. Loveridge is passionate about leadership and has driven the development of diverse and high-performing teams, including championing gender diversity at senior levels and implementing PwC’s High Performance Culture program.
Following retirement from PwC, Ms. Loveridge was appointed Non-executive Director of National Australia Bank (NAB) in December 2015. She is also a Director of The Bell Shakespeare Company Limited. As a result of her broad areas of responsibility and experience, Ms. Loveridge understands the importance of, and the issues involved in, the application of accounting, auditing, and professional standards from both a professional and business perspective.
Ms. Loveridge was born and educated in the UK and graduated from University of Reading with a BA (Joint Honours) in French and Economics. She is a Fellow of both Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand (the amalgamation of ICAA and the New Zealand Institute of Chartered Accountants) and of Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales.
