Dequan Yin

Dequan Yin became a member of the Small and Medium Practices Committee in January 2015. He was nominated by the Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants (CICPA).

Mr. Yin is director of the Research and Development Department of CICPA. He has over 18 years of experience in assisting the development of the accountancy profession in China.

Mr. Yin is a member of the CICPA’s Accounting History Committee and an observer of the Accounting Society of China’s Environmental Accounting Committee.

Mr. Yin is a consultant for the State Intellectual Property Office, China Development Bank, and the Ministry of Commerce’s service and trade industry policies.

He holds a master’s degree in economics from Dongbei University of Finance and Economics and a PhD in management from Renmin University of China.
