Kayann Sudlow

Kayann Sudlow is an audit partner in the Jamaica practice of Ernst & Young Caribbean, which she joined in September 2012. Her journey with EY began in 2005, where she worked in the Bahamas, Bermuda and Cayman Islands Sub-Area of the firm's Financial Services Office, after leaving PricewaterhouseCoopers Jamaica.

Ms. Sudlow has more than 19 years of experience in audit and has served a wide cross section of clients in industries, including government and public sector, utilities, manufacturing, hospitality, energy, insurance, retail and banking. She also has significant experience in the asset management, having managed and serviced a portfolio of high-profile global clients, specializing in hedge funds, mutual funds and investment management companies reporting under US GAAP and IFRS.

Ms. Sudlow also serves as the firm's Controls and Methodology and Learning Leader, which includes assisting audit teams with proper application of the methodology to support a quality audit along with overseeing the deployment of training for all levels of personnel.

Ms. Sudlow attended the University of the West Indies, Mona and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting and Management Studies. She is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Jamaica where she serves on its Audit Practice Committee.
