|Project Objectives:||Support CAPA to improve the continuing professional development systems of its member national professional accounting organisations, with a pilot in Mongolia, Phillipines and Vietnam.|
|Key Project Components:||Project focused on three pilot PAOs, MonicPA, PICPA and VACPA, creating a portfolio of resources that CAPA can subsequently make available to its wider membership, including a Practice Guide that will be made readily available to all PAOs.|
|Key Project Outputs:||1. A comprehensive review of the current CPD systems of the pilot institutions and the local environment, benchmarked against global standards including IFAC guidelines and current best practice.
2. A toolkit aimed at developing CPD systems that support high-quality, widely available training for accounting professionals, for use by the pilot PAOs and wider CAPA membership
|Key Project Outcomes:||Clear tools and guidance to enable the beneficiary bodies to grow their existing capacity with regards to their CPD offering; flexible solutions that can be applied across a broad range of PAOs at varying levels of development, enabling them to meet local legislative requirements, ensure they remain IFAC compliant and provide sustainable solutions and long-term benefits to their memberships and the wider accounting and auditing community.
