The 2013 Annual Review explains our approach to the strategic and operational rejuvenation of IFAC—with the aim of delivering on our global advantage in a targeted way, and to leverage our substantial staff talent and experience to the greatest extent possible. Our equation for IFAC’s success is laid out in a revised business model, which consists of four operating lines:

  • supporting standards development;
  • quality and capacity;
  • supporting the global accountancy profession; and
  • global representation and advocacy.

Reporting within this new framework, this Annual Review 2013 discusses our operating environment, explains our strategic response and future direction, and demonstrates our performance through highlights of initiatives from our 2013 Service Delivery report. It is part of our suite of reporting for 2013, which also comprises our Financial Statements for the year ended December 31, 2013.
