Title: Conseil Supérieur de l'Ordre des Experts-Comptables
Charles-René Tandé is president of the Conseil Supérieur de l'Ordre des Experts-Compables (CSOEC).
Mr. Tandé studied at the University of Economic Science, Institute of Management-Rennes and graduated as an Expert-Comptable (Chartered accountant) in 1989. Since 2001, he has been a Managing Partner at COGEST in Strasbourg, a practice composed of three partners and 35 associates. Previously, he worked at KPMG Paris for 14 years, including five years within the Education Board and three years at KMPG Strasbourg.
Mr. Tandé became member of the board of the Conseil Supérieur de l'Ordre des experts-comptables in 2012. He was also president of the regional Conseil de l'Ordre des Experts-Comptables of Alsace from 2002 to 2006. He also represented the students' body when he was president of the Rennes Institute of Management Students Association, and leader of the professional students association of France in Rennes. He then became president of the ANECS (National Association of Chartered Accountant Interns, Statutory Auditors Interns and high level of accounting students), and later president of the UnECS (European Union of chartered Accountants students) from 1986 to 1987.
Mr. Tandé was also president of the IFEC (French Institute of Chartered accountants and Statutory Auditors) and president of the IFOR (Education Institute: Chartered accountant training centre) from 2013 to 2017.
