Jeanne Viljoen became a Technical Advisor to Saadiya Adam in February 2021.

Ms Viljoen is the Project Director: Practices and Ethics, at the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants (SAICA). She is the Secretariat of both the SAICA Ethics Committee and SAICA National Small and Medium Practice Interest Group. The SAICA Ethics Committee provides thought leadership and guidance on ethics-related matters to SAICA and its members. The Committee is also responsible for the maintenance of the SAICA Code of Professional Conduct. The National Small and Medium Practice Interest Group is a forum established with specific focus on small and medium practices (SMPs) in the context of issues that concerns SMPs at various levels.

Ms Viljoen is a chartered accountant in South Africa, thus a member of SAICA and a member of the Independent Regulatory Board for Auditors .

Ms Viljoen is also a Technical Advisor for the IFAC Small and Medium Practice Advisory Group since August 2018.
