Rasmimi Ramli

Title: Deputy Executive Director, Malaysian Institute of Accountants

Rasmimi Ramli is the Deputy Executive Director at the Malaysian Institute of Accountants. She is responsible for finance and oversees the technical activities of the Institute on financial reporting, audit and assurance, public sector, taxation, Islamic finance and digital economy. Rasmimi sits on various working groups and task Forces on private sector accounting standards and the Government Accounting Standards Advisory Committee. She served as technical advisor of the International Public Sector Accounting Standards Board from 2013 to 2015. Rasmimi has 9 years audit experience with major firms in the UK and Malaysia and was an internal auditor with a major telco in Malaysia. Rasmimi is a member of MIA and a fellow member of ACCA.
