Updated Practice Management Guide
Join us in Singapore for the 2012 IFAC Small and Medium Practice Forum, the global, annual event where leading figures in the profession meet to discuss and collaborate on solutions to the unique challenges facing SMPs and their small- and medium-sized entity clients.

The second edition of the Guide to Practice Management for Small- and Medium-Sized Practices (PM Guide) is now available! The new edition of the guide features guidance on several new topics, including cloud computing and updated resources for further reading.
The comprehensive guide is comprised of eight standalone modules on a broad range of topics that include developing a growth strategy, managing staff and client relationships, risk management, succession planning, and more.
