David Chitty

David Chitty became a member of the Small and Medium Practices Committee in January 2007. He was nominated by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales (ICAEW), the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland, the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, and the Chartered Institute of Public Finance.

Mr. Chitty is a partner of Horwath Clark Whitehill LLP and Chairman of the Accounting & Audit Committee of Crowe Horwath International. He is a member of the Council of the ICAEW. Mr Chitty is a former chair of the ICAEW's Practice Focus Directing Group, and the ICAEW's International Network Firms Initiative.

Mr. Chitty is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland. He has a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy from the University of Exeter in the United Kingdom.
