Ranjeet Kumar Agarwal

CA. Ranjeet Kumar Agarwal is a member of the International Panel of Accountancy Education (IPAE) from January
2024. He has been nominated by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI).

He is currently the Vice President of the ICAI and has been associated with the Institute since 2016 as its Council
Member and served as Chairman and Vice Chairman of various important Committees of ICAI. As the Chairman of the
Ethical Standard Board of ICAI, he was instrumental towards bringing the revised Code of Ethics in ICAI after a gap of
10 years and implemented the Volume-II and III of 12th edition of Code of Ethics of ICAI based on IESBA Code of
Ethics, 2018 edition.

At international level, he is aTechnical Advisor to the Board member of South Asian Federation of Accountants (SAFA).
He was also the Convenor of SAFA Task Force on UDIN for implementation of UDIN in SAARC Countries, wherein
ICAI had given technical support to SAFA Countries for UDIN Implementation and has served on various Committees of
SAFA including Committee on Professional Accountants in Business and the Small & Medium Practices Committee.

CA. Ranjeet Kumar Agarwal is a practicing Chartered Accountant since last 24 years. He graduated from the
prestigious Calcutta University. He is also a Company Secretary & DISA from ICAI.
