Dr. Francesco Capalbo, CPA is associate professor of Accounting at the Second University of Naples (Italy) and Adjunct Professor at the Macquarie Graduate Management School of Sydney (Australia). His research centres on financial accounting, public sector accounting and State Owned Enterprises. He sat on the Scientific Committee of the Internal Training Board of the Italian Auditor General (Corte dei Conti) and chaired the Department of Accounting of the Local State Council.
