PAFA Strategy & Governance Toolkits

A strategy plan is an important tool in assisting a Professional Accountancy Organisation (PAO) keep its activities aligned to its overall vision and mission. Properly developed and translated into periodic action plans, it can assist a POA to continuously have feedback and feed - forward  to ensure a continuous alignment. This realisation is what led PAFA into developing this strategy toolkit to assist its member PAOs in developing their strategy plan.
