An Excel form was created for nominating organizations, who need to obtain information from a nominee before completing an online form. This option will allow you to transfer information from an Excel form to the database with a few easy steps:
- Download the form and save it on your computer
- Send the form to a nominee requesting to complete the form
- Once received, upload the form to the database using the “Browse” option
- Once uploaded, ensure all questions are answered before submitting to IFAC
