Harry Ho is an entrepreneur, a corporate advisor, an angel investor. He has worked for two of the Big Four accounting firms and was the youngest and first person of Chinese descent appointed to board of the Italian Chamber of Commerce of Hong Kong and Macau.

Harry is a certified public accountant (“CPA”), a Certified Internal Auditor (“CIA”), a charter holder of Chartered Financial Analyst (“CFA”), Chartered Global Management Accountant (“CGMA”), and Chartered Management Accountant (“ACMA”). 

Harry joined the IFAC Young Leaders Collective as a founding member in August 2024.

Maria Siupienyte

Marija Siupienyte is Baker Tilly International’s Audit Technical and Ethics Manager, playing a crucial role in shaping the network's ethical and independence frameworks. She leads the development and implementation of BTI’s Global Conflict Check system, ensuring seamless integration across member firms. As chair of the Global Ethics and Independence panel, Marija oversees ethical initiatives and delivers training on ethics and conflict checks. 

Marija joined the IFAC Young Leaders Collective as a founding member in August 2024.

Mohammad Kheder

Mohammad holds a Bachelor's degree with a double major in Finance and Insurance. He manages Zahid Group’s Finance & Accounting Shared Services, a multinational organization encompassing a diverse portfolio of companies operating across 14 sectors.

Mohammad is the Vice Chair of the ICAEW Student Committee in the Middle East, and has several professional certifications including Business and Finance Professional (BFP) from ICAEW, CFA Investments, and Project Management Professional (PMP).

Mohammad joined the IFAC Young Leaders Collective as a founding member in August 2024.

Tom Vrsecky

Tom Vrsecky is a Chartered Accountant and Senior Consultant in the PwC Private Deals team. Tom graduated from Swinburne University in 2021 with a Bachelor of Accounting and Business Information Technology, where he served as the founding President of Beta Alpha Psi Swinburne and as a student representative for Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.

Tom joined the IFAC Young Leaders Collective as a founding member in August 2024.

Taposh Kumar Roy

Taposh Kumar Roy is currently pursuing a major in Accounting and Information Systems at the University of Rajshahi in Bangladesh; graduation is scheduled for February 2025. In addition, he holds the position of President at Rajshahi University Professional Development Forum (RUPDF), a non-political voluntary student organization housed within the University of Rajshahi. 

Taposh joined the IFAC Young Leaders Collective as a founding member in August 2024.

Kevin Naylor

Kevin Naylor is a first-year Bachelor of Accounting student at Stellenbosch University, majoring in financial accounting. Aspiring to become a Chartered Accountant, Kevin joined the IFAC Young Leaders Collective to contribute to IFAC's initiatives in artificial intelligence and international corporations, aiming to serve the public interest. 

Kevin joined the IFAC Young Leaders Collective as a founding member in August 2024.

Sinead Henry

Sinéad Henry graduated Queen's University Belfast with a First Class Honours Degree in Politics, Philosophy and Economics in June 2018. Following this she began training to become an accountant with the Northern Ireland Audit Office working to strengthen public financial management and became a fully qualified member of Chartered Accountants Ireland in 2023.

Sinead's passion about the future of the accountancy profession and the importance this has across all areas of society drew to her IFAC where she hopes her experience in public finance management will help make a difference.

Sinead joined the IFAC Young Leaders Collective as a founding member in August 2024.

Josha Oestringer

Josha Oestringer is currently participating in an Accounting Master’s Degree Program at the renowned Mannheim Business School, and successfully working as a Senior Associate in Assurance at PWC in Germany. He is preparing for the German Certified Public Accountant and Tax Advisor exams, which he plans to take in 2025. 

Josha joined the IFAC Young Leaders Collective as a founding member in August 2024.

Nyashadzaishe Samukange is an aspiring Chartered Accountant set to qualify in 2024. With a strong background in financial and sustainability reporting, he works as a Senior Advisor at Training & Advisory Services Chartered Accountants in Zimbabwe.
