Teddie Buffolino
IFAC Head of Communications, Marketing, and Brand
Teddie Buffolino is the Head of Communications, Marketing, and Brand and worked at PwC, where she spent nearly 13 years leading communications and change management for the 4,000+ US and Mexico partners. She also served as a trusted advisor to PwC’s senior leaders and managed various communications and marketing campaigns for the COO, CCO, CFO, CAO/General Counsel, and the Board of Partners and Principals.
Before PwC, Teddie held several senior communications roles at Deloitte, supporting Global Integrated Market Offerings, Global Services, Global Innovation, and the Americas Region. Earlier in her career, Teddie led large-scale transformation projects for financial services and life sciences clients while at Deloitte, Stromberg, KPMG, and Arthur Andersen.
She holds a Bachelor’s from Cornell University and a Master’s from Columbia University.
Dan Worsley
IFAC Head of Strategy & Governance
Dan Worsley is responsible to lead the delivery and measurement of the Strategic Plan, working closely with our membership organizations, the Board, CEO and senior leadership team. He joins us from the Met Police where he was Chief Finance Officer. Dan is a Fellow at CIPFA, and has spent time as CIPFA’s COO, leading on business planning, commercial growth and corporate services. He has also spent time as an auditor and management consultant within the Big Four and a Senior Civil Servant in the UK. Dan also serves as a non-executive director within the NHS, and an independent member of GB Aquatics’ Audit Committee.
Atsushi Tomono

Atsushi Tomono is a Partner at KPMG AZSA LLC in Tokyo and brings more than twenty years of professional experience in auditing, including PCAOB audit engagements for major financial institutions. Within KPMG AZSA, Mr. Tomono leads a dedicated function that supports engagement teams in complying with independence requirements under the ethics code and contributes to strengthening the firm’s overall system of quality management.
In addition to his responsibilities at the firm, Mr. Tomono is a member of the JICPA Ethics standards Committee including its working group, where he is involved in responding to the consultations on ethics matters from JICPA members and activities related to the drafting of the Code of Ethics.
Mr. Tomono holds a Bachelor’s degree from Hitotsubashi University. He is a Certified Public Accountant (Japan) and a CFA charterholder.
Dr. Paul Winrow
Secretary, Forum of Firms
Paul is a Partner at Forvis Mazars where he focusses on Public Policy & Regulation (both in the UK and globally) and Sustainability Reporting & Assurance. He has represented both his current and former networks at the Forum of Firms since 2017, as well as at UK and global regulatory and standard setting forums over that time.
Paul has over 30 years’ experience, with the first 20 years auditing the public and not-for-profit sectors and over a decade in technical and policy roles. He has deep understanding of audit, ethical and quality management standards, having worked on global methodology development at three top 10 networks, implemented a new global quality improvement program and has been an Ethics Partner in a UK firm.
He is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Public Finance and Accountancy, a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales, and a Fellow of the Geological Society of London. He was a charity trustee and treasurer for over ten years, an Audit Committee member at an educational institution, and a publicly elected governor of both a Hospital and a School.
In his spare time, Paul is an avid sports fan, particularly his life-long love affair with Liverpool Football Club and a shorter lived, but no less passionate, following of the Toronto Blue Jays baseball team. He is also a keen scientist and completed a part-time PhD in Palaeontology in 2015.
