Women have the right instincts to be excellent accountants and leaders, says Kimberly Ellison-Tayler, Chair of the American Institute of CPAs (AICPA) and Global Accounting Strategy Director at Oracle, in a new interview conducted during the AICPA’s Women’s Leadership Summit in Boston. They are empathetic, diligent, and often have an innate ability to tell a compelling story about what organizations should do to achieve optimal results.
