Ann Lamb

Ann is Director of Professional Qualifications at ACCA, a globally recognised professional accountancy body providing qualifications and advancing standards in accountancy worldwide. Ann leads the Professional Qualifications directorate which is responsible for designing, developing, producing and ensuring the quality of all aspects of the ACCA Qualification including the examinations, practical experience and accreditation of universities, learning providers and employers. The directorate also maintains the recognition of ACCA and the ACCA Qualification from regulators around the globe including audit and educational regulators.

Ann is a qualified accountant and started her career as an external auditor with KPMG before moving to work in the professional accountancy body environment where she carried out a number of roles in the research, policy and qualification functions. Ann has extensive experience in qualification design, examining, and regulatory and international qualification recognition.
