Este Prefacio establece el alcance, propósito y debido proceso sobre las buenas prácticas internacionales que inicia identificando claramente los principios, (a) es generalmente aceptado internacionalmente, y (b) se aplica a las organizaciones de todos los tamaños en el comercio, industria, sector público, educación y el sector sin ánimo de lucro.
