Asher Noor

Asher Noor, FCA, is an author, speaker and an internationally recognized family enterprise advisor and wealth manager. He is a member of the CA Women’s Committee of ICAP and in the past served as the chair of the overseas chapters of ICAP in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Australia/New Zealand. He is a recipient of the Middle East CFO of the year award in 2014, ICAEW Middle East award for advancing the profession in business in 2017 and the ICAP’s professional excellence award in 2023.

Hina Usmani

Hina Usmani is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP) with over 30 years of combined work and professional practice experience. She is founder and Managing Partner of Usmani & Co. (UCO), an all-women-led quality rated Small and Medium-sized Practice (SMP) in Pakistan. UCO is one of the global signatories of United Nation’s Women Empowerment Principles (WEP). Hina is also a Partner of Ilyas Saeed & Co., a firm affiliated with MGI Worldwide. She has the honour of being elected as first woman Council Member and first-woman Vice President of ICAP. She is sitting council member and chair of CA Women Committee of ICAP and past chair of SAFA Women Leadership Committee. She has served as Technical Advisor at IFAC SMP Advisory Group (SMPAG) and is a member of the Stakeholder Advisory Council (SAC) jointly established by the International Auditing and Assurance Standards Board (IAASB) and International Ethics Standards Board for Accountants (IESBA) (the “Boards”). Hina is on multiple Government Board/Committees and contributes regularly for the development of the accountancy profession.
