On 11 February 2026, IFAC, ACCA, the OECD and CA ANZ brought together policymakers, tax authorities, development partners and professional accountants for the global launch of Public Trust in Tax 2025: Asia and Beyond during a global webinar attended by over 200 people across more than 100 jurisdictions.

Drawing on responses from more than 12,000 citizens across 19 Asian economies — and over 61,000 respondents globally since 2017 — the report explores how people view fairness, transparency and the fiscal contract.

Prior to joining IFAC, Cecile worked for 13 years at ACCA, where she headed EU Affairs and the ACCA Brussels office, working with European decision and policymakers, global organizations, media and key influencers. Head of Tax and Business Law, ACCA

Jason is Head of Tax and Business Law in the Professional Insights team at ACCA, the global body for professional accountants, leading policy work on the two closely related fields. His research covers all aspects of business form and their regulation, how they interact with tax systems and the wider economic and social environment, including the influence of technological change on the regulatory and economic environments for business, their advisers and stakeholders. Jason represents ACCA on tax, business law and economic crime issues at UK, regional and international level.
