Jeremy Rowe

Jeremy began his career in the start-up industry in the United Kingdom, and then brought this international expertise to the Australian market, kickstarting and developing a range of financial technology-focused start-ups.

With a passion for applying a human-centered approach to the technology evolution, Jeremy joined CA ANZ as Senior Manager, Innovation Community Engagement, to assist in the development, launch, and operation of CA Catalyst, a strategic programme aimed at empowering members through innovation and technology. Jeremy is focused on developing tools and strengthening relationships with innovation communities and technology providers so members can build new skills, apply technology-based solutions, and position themselves as digital advisors.

Jeremy also supports the same entrepreneurial behavior adoption in CA ANZ’s Smaller Practice-focused initiative, launched in 2024.

Fiona Campbell

Job Title

Chair, Forum of Firms

Fiona Campbell became Chair of the Forum of Firms in July 2025. She is a Partner at EY’s Melbourne Assurance practice, with more than thirty years’ experience as an audit practitioner. She is deeply embedded in audit methodology and standard setting and has worked with a range of clients across telecommunications, retail and consumer products, distribution, biotechnology and not for profit organisations. This experience includes large publicly traded companies as well as large privately owned multinationals. She has project managed audit teams and engagements across Australia, Asia Pacific and global organisations.

Fiona was a Board Member on the International Auditing & Assurance Standards Board (IAASB) for six years, spending her term’s last four years as a member of the IAASB Steering committee and her last two years as the Deputy Chair of the Board. She has been a member of various not for profit boards and audit committees over the last 15 years, and has co-authored a university textbook which provides a relevant and practical approach to auditing, used by nearly all major universities in Australia.

Fiona is deeply committed to the Forum of Firms’ public interest mission of promoting consistent, high-quality audit practices across borders to enhance trust in financial reporting and serve the global capital markets.

Amy Bridges

Amy has a passion for helping people learn and interact with new ideas and content, rooted in more than a decade of classroom instructional experience and 15 additional years of work with software development, training, and consulting.

Her expertise in curriculum design, adult learning, and assessment for the improvement of teaching and learning was sharpened in real-world practice, and now allows Amy to lead the evolution of the next phase of educational offerings CPA.com will bring to market. She is eager to help CPA.com continue to expand their recognition as a provider of high-quality, best practice education for firm enablement and business development.

Amy holds a B.S. Mathematics with a minor in Math Education from Purdue University and an M.A. Education in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Indianapolis.

Shahad Alshehri

Job Title

Technical Advisor for Abdullah Al-Mehthil

Shahad Alshehri is a Technical Advisor to IPSASB Board Member Mr. Abdullah Al-Mehthil, nominated by the Ministry of Finance of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). She currently serves as Manager of the Accounting Excellence Department at the Saudi Ministry of Finance.

Shahad has been working in accounting standards and technical advisory since 2020. She has continuously supported the adoption of IPSAS in KSA, as well as the development of KSA’s technical comments on IPSASB pronouncements and international sustainability reporting developments. At the national level, Shahad has led and contributed to the technical review and development of comments on international standards and exposure drafts related to sustainability disclosures, assets, and measurement. This includes sustainability-related standards such as IFRS S1 and IFRS S2, measurement-related exposure drafts, leases and other lease-related exposure drafts, Property, Plant, and Equipment exposure drafts, as well as technical topics such as intangible assets, heritage assets, and transfers of assets between entities.

She was also a member of the IPSASB Measurement Application Phase Task Force during 2023–2024. In addition, she actively contributes to national technical committees in KSA addressing sustainability-related topics. She also serves as a member of the advisory committee within the Accounting Department at the College of Business and Administration at Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University (PNU).

Through these roles, she contributes to technical discussions and practices at both national and international levels, combining global standard-setting exposure with national implementation and academic engagement.

Shahad holds CPA and SOCPA professional certifications and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting (First Class Honors) from Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University (PNU). She is currently completing her Master’s degree in Finance at Prince Mohammed bin Salman College (MBSC).
