Denise Chinpire-O’Reilly is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) and a Chartered Accountant, with over 30 years of professional and leadership experience in accounting, governance, and strategic management.

She is the CEO of K.S. Chinpire Contracting Services Limited, a family-owned company operating in the downstream energy sector of Trinidad and Tobago, where she leads company capacity building, strategic planning, policy development, revenue growth initiatives, and enterprise risk management.

Denise is a highly respected leader within the regional and international accountancy profession. She is actively involved with several professional bodies, including the International Federation of Accountants (IFAC), where she serves in the PAO Development and Advisory Group – as the Caribbean’s Regional Network Partner Representative and Member of the Membership Committee. She is also a former Director and Secretary of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of the Caribbean (ICAC) representing Trinidad and Tobago and currently serves as technical advisor to the CEO and President of the ICAC on PAO Development in the region after formerly chairing the ICAC PAO Development Committee.

At the national level, Denise is deeply engaged with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Trinidad and Tobago (ICATT), where she chairs the Licensing Committee and previously served as President from 2019 to 2021. Her work consistently focuses on strengthening professional standards, regulatory frameworks, sustainability, and public trust in the accountancy profession.
