Very interesting presentation, my opinion is that the public sector should use new management tools, such as identification of "value chain of corruption" or "maps of risk of corruption", these tools determine risks, responsible and time, especially In the public sector, not only to use indicators or reports, you can consult it in my book "Corruption and transparency" -EDICON-NOVEMBER 2016.
